  • What is Rest ?

    Rest is a mobile application that lets users access hotel amenities and receive exclusive hotel dining privileges through a flat-rate monthly subscription. Enjoy hotel facilities and amenities such as pools and gyms without the costs of paying for a room.

  • What hotel amenities are offered?

    Gym and pools mainly. Depending on the hotel, we may offer additional amenities not limited to saunas, spas, jacuzzi, tennis courts and basketball courts.

  • How to get started with Rest?
    • Download the app on the App/Google Play store.
    • Register an account and input your payment details.
    • Choose the subscription plan which best suits your needs
    • Select which hotel you would like like to go to and the date of visit, the relevant amount of credits will be deducted from your account.
    • Scan the QR code upon arrival and collect the card key from the front desk.
    • Once you’ve finished your session, please return the card key to the front desk.
  • Which subscription suits me best?

    If you’re a user who plans to use hotel facilities on your own and want to enjoy dining benefits we suggest subscribing to the Silver tier option which entails you to 10 day-passes and 20% off all hotel dining. The Gold tier is perfect for couples who wish to explore hotels during their date nights and want exclusive dining deals of 25% off. However if you have a family and would like to bring your kids to enjoy a fun a weekend at a hotel, we suggest the Platinum tier which allows up to 3 guests and includes 35% off on all hotel dining.

  • Where is Rest available?

    Rest is only available in Singapore at the moment. We are constantly working hard to expand our number of partner hotels and eventually launch in countries outside of Singapore.

  • What is the validity of a pass purchased on Rest?

    The pass is valid for only the date chosen. It is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • How many times can I visit a hotel per month?

    You can use the hotel amenities as many times as your credit balance allows. If you run out of credits, there is an option to top up credits at $10 per 100 credits.

  • How do I redeem my F&B discount in the hotel ?

    Simple! Just display your redeemed day-pass to a staff in the hotel before you pay to claim your F&B discount.

  • Where can I enjoy F&B discounts?

    Enjoy F&B discounts at any of the restaurants, bars and clubs in the hotel on the day you have redeemed the day-pass!

  • Do I need to bring a towel?

    You do not need to bring anything! Towels will be provided!

  • Can I bring my friends ?

    Yes of course! Gold and Platinum tier subscriptions allow you to bring in 1 and 3 guests respectively. However, if you are subscribed to Bronze and Silver tiers, you would need to upgrade your account to allow for guests to use the amenities with you.

  • Does Rest partner with companies ?

    We offer corporate partnerships with companies that are interested in offering their employees Rest as a corporate perk. More details can be found here.

Managing Subscription and Account

  • Can I cancel my subscription?

    Yes you can! Do note however, that whatever Credits left unspent will not get refunded.

  • Can I upgrade my subscription?

    Yes. From your account settings select “Subscription” and select “Change” and choose your subscription to upgrade to. Your prior credits will still remain in your account after upgrading.

  • Can I downgrade my subscription?

    Yes. From your account settings select “Subscription” and select “Change” and choose your subscription to downgrade to. Do note however, that credits remaining in your account will not carry forward when you downgrade, and hence will be nullified.

  • My account is suspended, what happened?

    The main reason for a suspended account would be that the monthly subscription charged failed on your main payment method. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your bank account to ensure a smooth experience. To remedy this, click “Settle unpaid fees” on the top of the app to retry payment again.


Pricing and Payments

  • What are credits?

    Credits (CR) is the currency system used to purchase hotel day passes. A day-pass price range depends on the type of hotel and the pass time of use, from 100-150CR for a 3 star hotel, 200-250CR for a 4 star hotel, 300-350CR for a 5 star hotel, 400-450CR for a superior hotel.

  • What is peak pricing ?

    Peak pricing gets activated during weekends and holidays where daypass rates will be increased by a nominal 50 CR

  • Do credits roll over ?

    Yes. Credits will be deposited into your account every month depending on your current tier subscribed. Your unused credits will roll over for a month before being nullified.

  • Can I purchase extra credits ?

    Yes you can! Credits purchased by you will not expire and you can use them as and when you like.


Hotelier FAQs

  • How will Rest benefit my hotel?

    We create a whole new revenue stream for your hotel from the usage of your hotel amenities. We also provide your hotel with ancillary revenue from the customers which redeem the amenities pass and through the use of F&B deals. .

  • My amenities are occupied most of the time, can I still use Rest?

    Yes! You can control your hotel’s quota per day. For example, on a given day if the amenity usage rate is high, the hotelier can simply lower the day’s quota.

  • What is RestSuite?

    RestSuite is a web dashboard built for our hotel partners to manage inventory, availability, users and revenue.

  • How do I manage users ?

    When a user arrives at the front desk, please ensure he scan’s the QR code on the front desk to activate his session. Next, proceed to hand him the relevant card keys to grant him access to the gym/pool.. etc. Once he has completed his usage, please ensure that he scans the QR code again to scan out. Ensure that he also returns the card keys. Upon return the keys, click “Key Returned” on RestSuite to end the session.

  • What if a user brings a guest?

    If the user brings 1 guest, ensure that he is subscribed to the Gold or Platinum tiers before granting him and the guests entry. If there are between 2-4 guests, ensure that the user is subscribed to the Platinum tier. For all other cases, you may only grant the user entry and not the guests.

  • How do I register?

    You can register your hotel here and gain access to RestSuite immediately. You will be mailed a RestKit that contains your QR standee, a managerial access code(to access certain features of RestSuite and go live) within 14 days of registration.

  • How do I setup my hotel ?
    • Upon receiving your manager code, log into RestSuite to setup your hotel
    • Click on the “Manage” tab on the top navigation bar
    • Select dates and modify passes quota for any day or stick with the default of 20
    • Upload images to be displayed on the Rest App
    • Select which amenities to offer on the app and enter in the relevant operation times, location and description
  • How are my hotel's rates calculated ?

    3 star hotels credits are fixed from 100 (off-peak) and 150(peak), 4 star hotels credits are fixed from 200 (off-peak) and 250(peak),5 star hotels credits are fixed from 300 (off-peak) and 350(peak), Superior 5 star hotels credits are fixed from 400 (off-peak) and 450(peak). Peak rates activate during weekends and holidays.

  • How do I receive payment?

    We will deposit the allocated funds to your bank accounts on the 10th of every month.

  • How much does my hotel get paid ?

    Your hotel gets paid based on the total day-passes that have been redeemed in your hotel. Rest takes a nominal 19% commission from each day-pass redeemed, giving our partner hotels the balance.
